Chris made the entire experience easy, fun, and informative. He went above and beyond many times to keep things on track, help us in our deliberations, negotiations, closing, and so forth. At our first meeting, Chris told us to text anytime, and if he didn’t respond he was asleep. This proved true when shortly after, we found some places we wanted to see and messaged him at 10:30pm. He promptly responded and had multiple showings set up by the next morning. When looking at houses, Chris was honest with us about his opinion, which really helped us, since he has seen many more houses and has a better idea of what is out there. He was also extremely patient and understanding. At one point I must have texted him 10 questions in a row, mostly to clarify things we had already discussed. Not once did he seem upset at the constant questions, but rather encouraged me to keep asking them. He really embodied the idea he promoted of wanting to help first time buyers understand and enjoy the process. Part of what made the experience unique is Chris himself. Our friend described him as “non traditional”, which we learned meant that he treated us more as friends and not as clients. It was refreshing and unexpected to have the whole process not feel stressful, and that was due to Chris, because not only did he make the experience fun, but he also clearly knew the business very well. He was able to keep us on the right track and help us through issues, which allowed us to really enjoy the experience.
